MobileUpTech LLC is committed to providing a seamless and reliable booking experience for our users and third-party service providers. This Fulfillment Policy outlines the processes and responsibilities related to the fulfillment of bookings made through our platform.

  1. Booking Confirmation

2.1. Upon successful booking, users will receive an email confirmation containing the details of their reservation, including the service booked, date, time, location, and contact information of the service provider.

2.2. Third-party service providers are responsible for ensuring that the booking details in the confirmation email match their records and for notifying MobileUpTech LLC of any discrepancies within 24 hours.

  1. Service Fulfillment

3.1. Third-party service providers are responsible for delivering the services booked through MobileUpTech LLC platform as described at the time of booking.

3.2. Service providers must be prepared to fulfill bookings on the scheduled date and time. Any changes or cancellations must comply with our cancellation and refund policy.

3.3. In case of unavoidable circumstances leading to a service provider's inability to fulfill a booking, they must notify the user and MobileUpTech LLC immediately and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.

  1. User Responsibilities

4.1. Users are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking and for adhering to any specific requirements or instructions provided by the service provider.

4.2. Users must arrive on time for their scheduled bookings. Any delays or no-shows may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the booking, as per the service provider’s terms.

  1. Dispute Resolution

5.1. In the event of a dispute regarding the fulfillment of a service, users and service providers should first attempt to resolve the issue directly.

5.2. If a resolution cannot be reached, users or service providers may contact MobileUpTech LLC’s customer support for mediation. We will work to facilitate a fair and timely resolution in accordance with our dispute resolution policy.

  1. Refunds and Cancellations

6.1. Refunds and cancellations are subject to the policies of the individual service providers. Users are advised to review these policies carefully at the time of booking.

6.2. MobileUpTech LLC may intervene in cases where the service provider’s policies are not clearly communicated or if there is evidence of unfair practices.
